The ampere-drawing potting machine is an upgraded product of the injection ampoules. Under the premise of ensuring the quality of the product, the machine will increase the output by three times than the single-needle drawing and potting machine.

The design of the machine adopts the method of moving the tooth plate to feed the bottle quickly on the top and slowly on the bottom, which lengthens the distance of the moving tooth plate to feed the bottle once and allows the bottle to stay on the fixed tooth plate for a long time, thus improving the working efficiency of the whole machine. Under the bottle hopper, the clutch device can stop the conveying of ampoules in the bottle hopper without stopping the machine, which is easy to operate. In the drawing, the manipulator is controlled by wire rope, which simplifies the structure. At the bottle outlet, the unique flask turning structure is adopted to straighten out the consistency between the movement direction of the mechanism and the movement direction of the flask, shorten the length of the machine and the space required for the operation of the workers, and facilitate the layout and site utilization of the user unit.
